Andrea Lipinsky

Women’s Center Program Manager

Andrea is a 2003 graduate of Alabama Teen Challenge Women's Center. She worked at Central Florida Teen Challenge in the Administrative office and as a counselor for several years before coming to Pensacola. Andrea serves as our Pensacola Women's Center Program Manager and oversees the day to day operations of our 40 bed women’s facility. She is on the verge of graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management with a Concentration on Behavior. She has a passion to see women experience true freedom on every level, freedom that can only come through the blood of Jesus Christ.

Carla Bottrell

Program Assistant

Carla is a 2003 graduate of Alabama Teen Challenge. She remained on staff there as Office Manager. Carla worked at Mississippi Teen Challenge until she came to Pensacola in 2007 when we opened the Women’s Center.
In addition to being our Women’s Center Program Assistant, Carla counsels, teaches and is certified to facilitate Committed to Freedom classes for abuse victims. She has completed Level 1 of our Emerging Leaders Program and is currently a Level 2 participant. 
She desires to see the women walk in the freedom and healing that is only found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Jessica Bullock

Women's Center Admissions Coordinator & Rally Coordinator

Jessica Bullock is a 2010 graduate of Southwest Florida Teen Challenge.  She was an active participant in the Emerging Leader’s Level I Program, and completed this phase in 2011.  During her ELP internship, she came to our Pensacola Women’s facility. Ms. Jessica proved herself as an asset and was hired as our Rally Coordinator. Recently, she took on a new role as Admissions Coordinator. Jessica also teaches and counsels. In her spare time, she is pursuing her Pastoral Certification with the Assemblies of God.

Denise Freeman

ELP Representative & Pastoral Counseler/ Teacher

Denise is a 2009 graduate of the Pensacola Women’s Center.  She started Level I ELP while in the program and is now enrolled in Level II ELP. After graduation she was in the Re-entry program and continued as a volunteer at Teen Challenge until coming on as a staff member in January 2011. Denise now serves as Education Coordinator & ELP Rep. at the Women’s Center. She also teaches and counsels. Denise loves sharing with others her personal experience of God’s love & grace in her life.

Christina Nicholson

Pastoral Counselor/ Teacher & Re-Entry Program Superviser

Christina graduated from Pensacola Teen Challenge in 2009. Upon graduation, God opened the doors for her to do an internship at Mary's Song Teen Challenge New Orleans until she returned to Pensacola TC as staff in 2010. Christina is a graduate of the Teen Challenge Emerging Leaders Program Level's I and II and is certified in Biblical Counseling.  She is currently pursuing certification in Substance Abuse Counseling as well.  Christina feels called to not only advance the kingdom of God but to help women who are lost and broken as she once was.

Danielle McKinney

Pastoral Counselor

Danielle is a 2011 graduate of the Pensacola Teen Challenge Women’s Center.  She is currently a level 1 participant in the Emerging Leader’s Program.  The transformation in her life was so powerful that her son entered the program 2 days after she graduated.  Her desire is for women to know the peace, love, and joy of Jesus Christ.
